Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

Has PSG changed?

Yes. As of 30 September 2026, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) — together with the Enterprise Development Grant and Market Readiness Assistance — has been consolidated into a single new grant, the EDGE Grant, administered by Enterprise Singapore. Government support for adopting digital solutions now runs under this framework. Innovative Hub remains an IMDA Pre-Approved Solution provider, so eligible SMEs can continue to receive grant support for adopting our qualifying solutions. If you began planning under “PSG,” nothing is lost — our team will guide you to the current programme.

What government grant support is available?

Eligible Singapore SMEs can receive support toward adopting IMDA Pre-Approved Solutions — digital tools and services that meet IMDA’s requirements, in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, POS systems and more — funded through the EDGE Grant. SMEs are eligible for up to 50% business grant support for the adoption of digital marketing solutions, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.

How much can I claim?

For pre-approved digital solutions, SMEs receive up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at $30,000 per company per year for digital solutions.  This sits within the EDGE Grant’s overall cap of up to S$100,000 per company per year across supported activities (the cap resets on 1 April each year). We’ll help you scope your project to make the most of it.

How long does approval take?

Processing time under the EDGE Grant varies depending on the activity/solution selected — Enterprise Singapore has not published a single fixed timeline. Submitting a complete application with all required documents helps keep things moving, and we’ll prepare your quotation and guide you through submission.

Can I combine this with other grants?

You cannot double-fund the same cost from more than one grant. Note that EDGE now works within a single shared cap (up to S$100,000 per company per year across activities), so support is managed under that one envelope. We’ll help you confirm eligibility for your specific project.

Can sole proprietors and partnerships apply?

The core requirement is that the applicant is a business registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% local (Singaporean/PR) shareholding, meeting the SME criteria (group annual turnover up to S$100 million or up to 200 employees). Sole proprietorships and partnerships are generally able to apply if they meet the criteria — tell us about your business and we’ll help you check.

The grant covers up to 50% — does that mean I only pay Innovative Hub 50%?

No. Support is provided on a reimbursement basis. You pay Innovative Hub the full project fee (100%) upfront; once the project is completed and the required documents are submitted, your business then claims the grant support (up to 50%) from the relevant agency.

How do companies apply?

  1. Confirm eligibility — Singapore-registered business, at least 30% local shareholding, and an SME (annual turnover ≤ S$100M or ≤ 200 employees).
  2. Speak to Innovative Hub to scope the right IMDA Pre-Approved Solution for your needs and get a quotation.
  3. Submit your EDGE Grant application on the Business Grants Portal (businessgrants.gov.sg) using Corppass — before you start the project or make payment.
  4. Once approved, proceed with implementation, pay Innovative Hub in full, then submit your claim to receive up to 50% support (up to S$30,000 per year for digital solutions, within the S$100,000 per-company-per-year EDGE cap that resets on 1 April).
