What is Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?
Originally introduced to help SMEs in Singapore adopt IT solutions and equipment, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) has since broadened its scope to cover digital marketing solutions.
Through the PSG, eligible companies can receive up to 50% funding support on qualifying costs for approved digital marketing campaigns.
This allows businesses to leverage the PSG digital marketing grant to strengthen their online presence, boost brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and ultimately increase conversions through well-executed strategic campaigns.

PSG Grant Eligibility & Process (How It Works)
As part of the SMEs Go Digital program, IMDA partners with the Infocomm Media (ICM) industry to pre-approve digital solutions suitable for mass adoption by broad-based SMEs, based on the different SME sector needs defined in the Industry Digital Plan (IDPs). These pre-approved solutions, make technologies such as cloud, data analytics, or AI accessible to the broad base of SMEs as they are embedded within solutions where relevant.

What is PSG?

How long does approval take?
PSG approval typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the completeness of the application and the volume of submissions. Ensuring all documents are correctly submitted can help speed up the process.
Can I combine PSG with other grants?
Generally, you cannot combine PSG with other government grants for the same project or cost component. However, you may apply for different grants for separate business needs, provided they don’t overlap.
Can sole proprietors and partnerships apply for the PSG Grant?
Yes, they may apply for the PSG Grant as long as they fulfil the eligibility criteria.
Since the PSG Grant covers up to 50% of the costs, does that mean I only need to pay Innovative Hub 50% of the project fee?
The PSG Grant works on a reimbursement basis. This means you will need to pay the full project fee (100%) upfrontto Innovative Hub. Once the project is completed and all required documents are submitted, your business can then claim up to 50% funding support from IMDA.
