We’re proud to share that Innovative Hub (SG) has been named a Finalist in two categories at the Agency of the Year Awards 2026:
- eCommerce Marketing Agency of the Year
- Influencer Agency of the Year
The announcement recognises agencies that have distinguished themselves across performance, industry leadership, and delivering value to clients, people, and the wider marketing community over the past year.
For a homegrown Singapore agency, being shortlisted alongside the country’s most competitive marketing firms is a moment we don’t take for granted — and one that reflects the effort of every team member and every client partnership behind it.
The categories, and what they mean for us
eCommerce Marketing is the discipline we’ve built our house on since 2016 — helping Southeast Asian brands cross borders through platforms like TikTok Shop, Xiaohongshu (Rednote), Douyin, and Alibaba. Being finalists in this category acknowledges the depth of full-funnel work our team has delivered: from platform onboarding and store operations to media planning, KOL activation, and cross-border logistics.
Influencer Agency speaks to the other half of what we do every day — matching brands with creators who genuinely move audiences. From TikTok Shop live commerce to Xiaohongshu KOL/KOC campaigns, the past twelve months have seen our creator network work across categories from beauty and wellness to F&B and lifestyle.
Some context
This shortlist arrives on the back of a period of steady recognition for the team. IH-SG was named TikTok Shop’s Star Agency four times in 2023 (one Platinum, three Diamond), took home a MARKies 2025 Silver, and holds Alibaba’s Certified Global Gold Supplier status. Each of those milestones was a step in a longer arc — the Agency of the Year finalist positions are another. There’s more work to do, and being named as finalists motivates rather than settles anything.
The evening itself
The Agency of the Year Awards 2026 ceremony takes place on 24 July 2026 at W Singapore — Sentosa Cove. We’ll be there in force, cheering for the other finalists as much as for our own team.
