Job Description
- Assist Gold Suppliers on Alibaba.com to manage their accounts.
- Understand and fully master the operational, functionality and hands-on process on Alibaba.com
- Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve the issues.
- Handle and manage clients’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time frame, follow up promptly to ensure resolutions set are met. Detailed records of clients’ interactions to be documented properly.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and good time management.
- Provide training and continuous support in respective tasks allocated to improve client’s account.
- General Administrative duties as assigned.
- Competent in both verbal and written for English and Chinese
